Do you have a URL? (ie: magnitudegraphics.com) If not, we recommend NameCheap.com We are in no way affiliated, we just like them. A URL for a year is about $15.16 for a dot com.
Do you have hosting? (Renting of space on server your website is on.) [ie: bluehost.com] Price varies.
Who do you have your personal email with? Gmail, Yahoo, etc? If you have a Gmail account, we can seamlessly integrate your new website email into your current Gmail account. We can do Yahoo and others too. Gmail works the best.
Is your website an informational website or do you have products you want to sell via shopping cart on your website? Informational websites are pretty straight forward and don’t require expensive plugins. Shopping carts can require expensive plugins depending on your needs. For a shopping cart you will need an acct at one (or more) of the following for selling products:
- Stripe.
- PayPal.
- Square.
- Authorize.net.
- Amazon Pay.
- Apple Pay.
- Google Pay.
You will need an idea of colors, logo, images & info (phone, address, email, etc). Also find other websites ‘in your field’ that you like for inspiration.
